Jurong Lake Gardens is a sprawling park laid out around Jurong Lake. This 3-hour walk (from 7.30 am) will explore the southern shore of the lake which has diverse waterside habitats including a freshwater swamp, naturalised streams and a grassland, aside from the planted gardens. This diversity in habitats will offer opportunities to spot various bird species.

• Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• This is a Members Only walk. However, non-members may be accepted if there are excess places by the closing date.
• Participating non-members may sign up for NSS membership during or after the walk.
• Registration will close once the maximum number of participants is reached, or on closing date.
• Only confirmed participants will be contacted by email, after the closing date, with details on the meeting time and place.

Things to Bring
Bring along a pair of binoculars, sun-hat, water for hydration, rain gear and wear proper walking shoes and wear light appropriate clothing to prevent insect bites.
